Outpatient Therapy

No one knows or "gets" first responders like a fellow first responder.  As a former police officer and law enforcement wife, I know the struggles that come with it:  trauma, political and departmental conflicts, shift work, financial struggles, relationship conflicts, anxiety, even suicidal ideations (just to name a few).  It all seems to pile up and before we know it we are using maladaptive coping skills.

It is said that officers are exposed to more trauma in six months than most people are in their lifetime.  Officer's and their families have a hard job and are frequently expected to ALWAYS "hold it together".  Everyone needs a safe outlet and someone that can help them overcome their struggles.  You don't have to navigate that alone.  Don't hesitate to reach out so we can work together to get you through those obstacles.
