Ethics, obligations, and politics on both sides can be hard to navigate especially without a thorough knowledge of internal workings of the fields and departments.  With a background in both law enforcement and clinical social work, Legacy Bridge can assist with overcoming those challenges and barriers, merging the two fields to provide much needed support and diversion in the community.  Mental health clinicians and law enforcement can work together to support each other and bridge the gap that is created by each working independently.
